Water Sort is a free online colour sorting puzzle. Tap a tube, then tap another to pour: water can only go onto the same colour or into an empty tube, and only while there is room. Sort every colour into its own tube to clear the level. Levels start with three colours and add more as you climb, up to eight, with fewer spare tubes later on. Every deal is checked by a solver before you see it, undo and restart are always there, and your best move count per level is saved. Play in your browser with no download and no sign-up.

How to play Water Sort
- Each tube holds up to four layers of water. Some tubes start mixed and some start empty.
- Tap a tube, then tap another to pour. All matching layers on top move together as far as there is room.
- You can only pour onto water of the same colour, or into an empty tube.
- A level is cleared when every tube is either empty or full of a single colour.
- Levels begin with three colours and add more as you go, up to eight. From level 10 the game deals with a single spare tube whenever it can find a solvable board that way.
Controls
- Pick up / pour: tap or click a tube
- Keyboard: number keys pick a tube; left / right (or A / D) move the cursor
- Undo, restart and next level: the buttons under the tubes
Sorting tips
- Keep an empty tube free as long as you can — it is your most flexible move.
- Before pouring, check what is under the top layer you are about to free.
- If you run out of moves, undo a few steps rather than restarting.

Can a level be impossible?
No. Every deal is solved by the game before you see it, so a solution always exists. If you are stuck, undo or restart.
How many levels are there?
Levels keep coming; the colour count and difficulty rise until they reach eight colours.

Is my progress saved?
Your current level and best move count per level are saved locally in your browser on this device. Clearing site data resets them.
