How to play Sichuan Mahjong

Only three suits are used (108 tiles, no winds or dragons).
At the start you choose one suit to discard completely; you cannot win while holding it.
Chows are not allowed; complete melds with pungs and kongs, or draw.
When a player wins, the others keep playing until only one is left (bloody battle).
