How to play Chinese Official Mahjong

A winning hand is four melds (chows, pungs or kongs) and a pair.
Claim a discard to complete a chow from the player on your left, or a pung or kong from anyone.
Your hand must be worth at least 8 fan from the 81 official scoring patterns to win.
A session is 13 hands: winning scores points, dealing in loses them.
