How to play Pyramid Solitaire

Cards are dealt in a pyramid; a card is available when no other card covers it.
Remove two available cards that add up to 13. Ace counts 1, jack 11, queen 12 and king 13.
Use the stock and the waste pile to find partners for cards in the pyramid.
Clear the pyramid to win. Difficulty sets how many times you can go through the stock: three, two or one.
