How to play Five Card Stud (Hong Kong)

Each player gets one face-down hole card and one face-up card.
Another face-up card is dealt after each betting round, up to four.
In each betting round you can check, bet, call, raise or fold.
After the last card, the best five-card hand wins the pot.
